Synopsis

This guide is based on the author's personal experience in dealing with his addiction to nicotine. After 52 years of smoking and numerous attempts, he finally quit smoking in 2017. This time, his strategy allowed him to quit smoking for good without experiencing the notorious stress and anxiety that plagued all of his previous attempts. Such a smooth transition was only possible because his quitting strategy considered not only the physical, but also the psychological and social aspects of his nicotine addiction. In short, the author created a relaxed environment that left no room for withdrawal, thus facilitating a smooth transition to becoming a non-smoker.
The action plan described in this guide includes the following modules and gives advice on:
    • Aids for easing withdrawal symptoms.
    • New lifestyle.
    • Long-term smoking substitutes.
Tips and exercises will help you integrate these three basic components into your daily life as a smoker, making your quitting experience smoother and less stressful.
Anyone who has decided to start a new life without cigarettes doesn't have to experience any of the severe physical or psychological symptoms commonly associated with quitting smoking to be successful. It can be done easily and without stress by taking the right steps in the right direction, and that's what this book is all about.
