One-on-one coaching for private clients

- Available worldwide.

- In-person, face-to-face meetings.

- Location and time are fully customizable according to the client's availability. 

- Duration: 6 weeks, with 18 sessions of one and a half hours each.

- Communication in English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese.


Seminar and coaching for employees and private persons: mini-groups of up to 15 participants

- Available in Europe only.

- Personal, face-to-face meetings.

- Employee meetings will take place at the workplace. For private clients, we will do our best to find a suitable location close to their homes.

- Duration: 6 weeks with 18 one-hour sessions.

- Communication in English, German, Spanish, or Portuguese.

The concept

Six weeks might seem like a long time to quit tobacco, but support is key. Research shows that smokers are more likely to be tobacco-free a year later with support than on their own, and that more intensive programs result in higher rates of success. 

The author had been trying to quit smoking on his own for decades, and had always failed due to a lack of adequate support. His long history as a smoker (more than 50 years) and his successful quit in 2017 inspired him to write this book and develop the concept for his seminar & training. Both are aimed at smokers who have already tried to quit on their own, without the support of someone who was addicted to cigarettes like them. This gentle but profound concept can also bring very positive results for heavy smokers.

Mutual support, sharing of experiences, concrete strategies, and an action plan for a stress-free quit attempt are therefore at the heart of the seminar and training. 

Through his book and his seminars, Fernando Wambier shares with actual smokers the strategies that allowed him to quit smoking without stress and finally live without the chains of cigarettes.
